RH11 9
Another 1970s neighbourhood on the southern edge, larger than Bewbush. Mix of terraces, semis, and some tower blocks around the centre. Broadfield has a small local shopping parade and a big Tesco. It borders open countryside to the south and has decent green spaces within the neighbourhood. One of the more affordable parts of Crawley. Schools are nearby and it functions well enough for families who need space on a budget, but it is not somewhere people move to by choice so much as by price.
