This covers the area north of Crowthorne village around the southern fringes of Swinley Forest itself, stretching towards Martins Heron and south Ascot. The housing is a mix of 1970s and 80s developments set among pine trees, with some larger detached properties on private roads. It is genuinely wooded and feels rural despite being minutes from Bracknell town centre. Martins Heron station is closer than Crowthorne station for London commutes, which is a practical advantage. The forest trails are right outside the door, popular with mountain bikers, runners, and dog walkers. It lacks any kind of local centre or shops, so you are driving to Crowthorne village or Bracknell for everything.
