Dartford Newtown

Just north of the town centre, Dartford Newtown is one of the older residential areas of Dartford. Victorian and Edwardian terraces on tight streets, many converted or subdivided. It is walkable to the station and high street which keeps it practical. The housing stock is more affordable than the southern parts of Dartford and attracts a mix of first-time buyers and renters. Central Park is close by.
