Fleet Downs & Brent

Fleet Downs is a 1950s and 60s residential estate on the southern edge of Dartford, climbing the hill towards Betsham. Brent is the adjacent area towards the A2. The housing is mostly semis and some bungalows, with a settled older population and families. Fleet Estate has a community centre and a few local shops. You need a car for most things but it is quiet and has views over the Darent Valley from the higher ground.
