LU5 4 / LU6 3
The south side of Dunstable is the part that benefits most from the Downs. You are essentially on the edge of the Chilterns AONB, with the London Gliding Club on the top of the hill and some genuinely beautiful chalk downland walks starting from your doorstep. Housing here tends to be slightly more expensive, with some larger 1930s semis and detached houses along the roads heading toward Whipsnade. The Downs Primary School and Queensbury Academy are nearby. This is the part of Dunstable that people actually choose, rather than just ending up in.
