Norwood Green

Norwood Green is a small pocket between Southall, Heston, and Osterley. The village green and the area around it have a surprisingly rural feel given how close you are to Heathrow and the M4. St Mary's church and the green create a genuine focal point. Housing is mixed, with some older properties around the green and more standard interwar and postwar housing further out. Osterley tube (Piccadilly line) is walkable. You get aircraft noise from Heathrow, which is the main trade-off for an otherwise pleasant spot.
