Nonsuch

Named after the Nonsuch Park and the site of Henry VIII's lost palace. The park itself is genuinely beautiful, a large stretch of parkland and ancient trees between Epsom and Cheam. Housing around the park is mostly comfortable 1930s semis and detached houses, the kind of thing that defines this part of Surrey. Nonsuch High School for Girls is one of the top state schools in the area, which pulls families in. It's leafy, quiet, and has that slightly smug suburban contentment about it.
