Godalming Farncombe and Catteshall

Farncombe sits just north of Godalming centre and has its own station, its own small parade of shops on St John's Street, and a distinct identity. It is slightly more affordable than central Godalming, with Victorian terraces and Edwardian semis on the streets near the station. Catteshall runs along the river to the east and has some attractive waterside spots. Farncombe is popular with younger families who want to be near Godalming without paying top prices. The community feel is strong, with a well-used village hall and local events.
