Northumberland Park

Northumberland Park is defined by the Tottenham Hotspur stadium and the large council estates surrounding it. It's one of the most deprived wards in London. The new stadium has brought some new restaurants and bars to the immediate area, but the wider neighbourhood hasn't seen much change yet. White Hart Lane station on the overground is the main transport link. The housing is mostly council blocks and ex-council stock. It's affordable because it has to be. The regeneration that was promised alongside the stadium development is still largely on paper.
