HP9 2
Loudwater sits in the valley between Wycombe and Beaconsfield. The housing is largely 1930s detached and semis, with some newer infill. It's a quiet residential area without much of a centre of its own, though there's a small parade of shops. The M40 runs nearby, which is useful if you drive but means some road noise. People here tend to be commuters who want a bigger house than they could afford in Beaconsfield. The Deangarden Rise area up the hill has some of the nicer properties.
