Penn & Tylers Green

Penn and Tylers Green feel properly rural despite being only a few minutes from Wycombe. Penn is a classic Chilterns hilltop village with a medieval church, a pond, and scattered period houses. Tylers Green has a large common and a more settled residential feel with a mix of older and newer houses. Both have that Home Counties village atmosphere where the cricket club and the pub are genuine focal points. It's expensive. The kind of place where people have Land Rovers and wellies in the hallway.
