Yeading sits between Hayes and Southall, a predominantly residential area with a mix of housing types. It's one of the more affordable parts of Hillingdon. The area has local shops and a primary school. Hayes & Harlington station on the Elizabeth line is walkable from some parts, which has boosted its appeal. It's not an area that attracts people from outside, but it works for families who need the commuter link at a lower price point.
