Offa

Named after the Offa ward on the southeastern edge of Hitchin. This is a residential area with mostly 1970s and 1980s housing, some newer estates mixed in. It sits between Hitchin and the A1(M), so you get road noise in parts. Functional and affordable by Hitchin standards, but without much character of its own. The Highover area falls in here, with schools and local shops nearby.
