A large village on the western edge of Horsham that has grown enormously with new housing. It has its own parade of shops, a primary school, and a community centre. The housing is mainly modern estates, with some older properties closer to the original village core. It's functional rather than characterful, but the newer developments have tried to include green space and walking routes. Good access to the A24 and the M25.
