Fetcham is the village next door to Leatherhead that locals are quick to distinguish from the town itself. It centres on The Street, which has a village shop, a pub, and a church. Fetcham Downs and Norbury Park are within walking distance, which gives it genuine countryside access. It feels like a self-contained Surrey village even though it's practically a suburb of Leatherhead.
