Ladywell

Ladywell is a residential area that sits between Lewisham town centre and the more established residential streets of the borough, and it benefits from being reasonably well connected while remaining affordable. The Ladywell station is useful for commuters and there are local shops that serve the immediate area adequately. The streets are largely Victorian terraces and the area has a stable community feel without the rapid change seen in areas like Brockley. It is not particularly notable but it is a comfortable and practical place to live.
