Lee Green is a suburban residential area that sits between Lewisham and the eastern parts of the borough, and it has a practical high street that serves the local community without needing to travel to Lewisham town centre. The streets are largely residential and there is a mix of housing types from Victorian terraces to more modern developments. Transport is decent with Lee station providing rail connections and the DLR at Lewisham within walking distance. The area is considered safe and family friendly and property prices are moderate for the area.
