Dormansland and Felbridge

Dormansland is a proper village with a green, a pub, a primary school, and a community feel. It sits right on the Surrey/Sussex border and people here tend to gravitate towards East Grinstead for shopping and services rather than anywhere in Tandridge. Felbridge is more of a roadside settlement along the A22, straddling the county boundary. It has a garden centre and a few local shops but no real centre. Dormans station gives you a slow train to London via Oxted. The housing is mostly 20th century detached and semi-detached, with some older properties in the Dormansland village core.
