Lewsey

Lewsey is a straightforward residential area on the western edge of Luton, built mainly through postwar council housing expansion with subsequent right-to-buy ownership. The local shops are functional, the schools are adequate, and there is a large park that serves the community well. It is not an area anyone gets excited about but it is perfectly habitable and affordable for families who need the Luton catchment.
