Palace Wood

Palace Wood has a quiet, established residential character with a good local primary school and a small shopping parade that serves daily needs without needing to travel far. It's one of the more family-friendly pockets within Maidstone itself, with good access to the greens of the Kent countryside without being in a village. Property is a mix of semidetached and terraced houses from the mid-twentieth century. The area doesn't have the cachet of somewhere like Bearsted but it is solidly comfortable.
