Foxton is a small village that punches above its weight because it has a railway station on the King's Cross to Cambridge line. That makes it one of the few places in this part of South Cambridgeshire where you can realistically commute by train. The village itself is compact with a mix of older houses and some newer development. There is a primary school and a pub. The station is the main selling point, and house prices reflect that compared to similar villages without one.
