Newhaven South

The southern part of Newhaven, including the ferry terminal and the seafront. The West Beach area has some attractive properties with sea views. The town centre around the high street has seen better days but has a supermarket and some useful shops. The new housing developments on the waterfront have brought in younger residents. Newhaven Fort is a major landmark and tourist attraction. It's not a conventional seaside town, but it has a raw, working character that some people appreciate.
