All Saints covers the church and surrounding streets near Rainham's village centre, where the area feels most settled and established. Architecture is a mix of Victorian and Edwardian terraces with some larger detached houses closer to the church grounds. This is proper old Rainham, not posh but comfortable and rooted, with enough shops on the High Street to feel self-sufficient. Feels like a good place to bring up children without trying too hard. Not up and coming, just genuinely comfortable.
