Park

Park ward is the area around Palmer Park in east Reading. The park itself is a proper public amenity with a stadium, pool, and open space. The surrounding streets are Victorian and Edwardian terraces, many in HMO use because of the university. It's a mixed bag: some streets are well kept, others less so. Affordable and central, popular with first-time buyers willing to do some work on a house.
