Seven Kings has its own station on the Elizabeth line and a busy high road with a strong South Asian identity. The shops, restaurants, and grocers along Seven Kings High Road serve the local community well and it has more independent character than Ilford centre. Housing is Victorian and Edwardian terraces, similar to Goodmayes. Seven Kings Park is a well-maintained local green space. It is one of those areas that people pass through on the train without realising it has its own thing going on. Affordable and increasingly well connected since the Elizabeth line.
