Strood North & Frindsbury

The northern part of Strood runs up towards the chalk uplands and has a more suburban feel than the town centre. Frindsbury is a village extension with period cottages and newer housing mixed in. There is a local shopping area and decent schools, and it is popular with families who want the Medway commuter trade without the busier parts of town.
