Stonecot

Stonecot covers the area around Stonecot Hill between North Cheam and Morden. It's very much a through-route suburb, with the A24 carrying heavy traffic. The residential streets off the main road are quieter, with standard 1930s semis. Sutton Grammar School for boys is here, which makes the immediate streets popular with families angling for a place. The nearest rail is either Cheam or Morden. Not much in the way of local shops or character, but it's functional and well located between Sutton and Morden.
