Sutton West & East Cheam

This covers the stretch between Sutton town centre and Cheam village. East Cheam has a small shopping parade on the A232 that serves the local area. The housing is predominantly interwar semis, well maintained and with decent gardens. It sits between two centres without really being one itself, but that means it's quieter. Cheam and Sutton stations are both within reach. Families like it because the grammar schools are close and the streets are calm.
