Walton (Ashley Park)

Ashley Park is the nicer end of Walton, built on the grounds of a former grand estate. The roads are wide and tree-lined, and the houses are largely 1920s and 1930s detached with decent gardens. It backs onto Ashley Park itself, which is a well-maintained green space with a bowling club. It feels noticeably more affluent than central Walton. Walton station is walkable, and the schools catchment is the main draw. It's quiet, residential, and the sort of place where people settle in and stay.
