Walton-on-Thames (south)

South Walton stretches toward Hersham and the A3, covering the residential streets along Terrace Road and toward Rydens. Housing is a mix of interwar semis and some larger properties on the roads heading toward Burwood Park. It's suburban and quiet, with good-sized gardens on most streets. There are no real local amenities beyond a few scattered parades, so daily life revolves around Walton town centre or Hersham village. The proximity to the A3 is useful for drivers but means some roads get through-traffic.
