Wandle

Named after the River Wandle, which runs through this part of Wandsworth near the Southside shopping centre. The area around the river has been improved with a walking trail, and King George's Park is a good local green space. Housing is a mix of council estates and newer development. The Southside centre covers the basics for shopping. It is functional and central to Wandsworth without being particularly distinctive.
