West Putney

West Putney is the quieter, more residential end of Putney, stretching out toward Roehampton. Larger houses with gardens, many of them 1920s and 1930s builds, plus some grand Victorian properties. Putney Heath is nearby and Richmond Park is accessible. It does not have much of its own high street, so you go into Putney for shopping and restaurants. Popular with families who want space and green access without leaving Zone 2.
