Chelsham and Farleigh

Chelsham and Farleigh are scattered hamlets in proper Surrey countryside. Rolling fields, single-track lanes, the odd farm. Housing is a mix of older cottages, period farmhouses, and larger detached properties on generous plots. There is essentially nothing here in terms of shops or services. You drive to Warlingham or Woldingham for the basics. It's genuinely rural, which is the entire point for people who live here.
