Weald South

The southern part of the Weald Villages, towards the Kent and East Sussex border. This is among the most remote parts of the Ashford district. Lanes are narrow, settlements are tiny, and the nearest town of any size is Tenterden to the east or Cranbrook over the borough boundary. Beautiful countryside but genuinely isolated. You would need to be comfortable with rural life and a long drive to most services.
