HP22 5
Most people know the name from the hospital, which dominates the area and is one of the biggest employers locally. The village itself is a ribbon along the A4010 between Aylesbury and Wendover, not really a centre you'd walk around. Housing is a mix of older cottages near the church and 1960s onwards estates that spread out as Aylesbury grew southward. It feels more like an Aylesbury suburb than a village in its own right. The station is on the Chiltern line but trains are infrequent compared to Wendover or Aylesbury. Practical and affordable by Buckinghamshire standards, but nobody moves here for the charm.
