Bierton is an old village that's been absorbed into Aylesbury's eastern edge, though it still has a proper village green and church. Kingsbrook is a massive new-build estate going up on the fields between Bierton and the A41. Wing is a separate village about four miles out with a Saxon church and a pub on the green. The contrast between the three is stark. Wing is genuinely rural, Bierton is hanging on to its identity, and Kingsbrook is a building site becoming a suburb.
