The eastern side of Banbury, with a mix of post-war council housing and newer private estates. Easington has some of the more affordable housing in town. It's not where you'd go for a walk or a coffee, but it's practical and close to the retail parks and the M40 junction. Families on a budget settle here because the schools are accessible and you're still in the Banbury catchment for everything.
