Banbury Ruscote

Ruscote is north-east Banbury, a residential area with a mix of social housing, 1960s and 70s estates, and some newer infill. It has its own community centre and primary schools. The Ruscote estate is one of Banbury's larger council-built areas. It's affordable by local standards and practical for families, though it lacks the character of the town centre or the surrounding villages. Hanwell Fields to the north has added newer private housing.
