Banbury Hardwick

Hardwick is Banbury's big southern expansion area. Lots of new-build estates from the 2000s and 2010s, the kind with cul-de-sacs and shared-surface drives. Younger families are the main residents. There's a primary school and some local amenities but you drive to Banbury or the retail parks for most things. It feels like it could be a new estate on the edge of any English town, which is both its weakness and its practical appeal.
