Teston is a small village on the Medway, known for its cricket ground and the Teston Bridge Country Park. The village has a church, a pub, and a handful of period properties along the lane. The cricket ground is one of the prettiest in Kent. Housing is mainly detached properties with large gardens. It's a quiet, attractive village within easy driving distance of Maidstone. The riverside walks are a real asset. You need a car for everything beyond basics.
