Eastrop & Grove

Just east of the town centre, close to Eastrop Park which is one of the nicer green spaces in central Basingstoke. The housing is varied, from some older properties to post-war development and newer builds. Walking distance to the station and Festival Place. Eastrop Park has a playground, tennis courts, and is where a lot of the town's outdoor events happen. More central than most Basingstoke areas, which makes it feel less estate-like.
