Berkhamsted West

The western residential streets stretching toward the A41 and up the hillsides. Similar feel to the east side but with some larger detached houses on the roads heading up into the Chilterns. Berkhamsted School, the private school that dominates a chunk of the town centre, draws families from across this area. It is quieter and more tucked away than the castle end, and you are still walking distance to the high street from most parts.
