The eastern side of Bicester, which includes the area around the Tesco and towards Launton Road. A mix of 1970s and 80s housing estates with some newer infill. It is more affordable than the west side and has a practical, lived-in feel. The Garth Park recreation ground is a decent green space for families. Not the most exciting part of town, but functional and close to the town centre.
