Binfield North & Warfield West

This covers Binfield village and the newer estates spreading west towards Wokingham. Binfield itself has a proper village centre with a church, a pub on the green, and a cricket ground. The Amen Corner development south of the village has added hundreds of new-build houses and brought a lot of young families into the area. Housing is split between older detached and semi-detached homes in the village and the new-builds on its fringes. You need a car for almost everything, though the schools nearby are popular.
