South Chafford

The southern end of Chafford Hundred, closer to Grays town centre. More of the same new-build housing stock but slightly more mixed, with some older properties along the fringes where it meets the established parts of Grays. You're a bit further from the station here but closer to Grays high street, for what that's worth. Still very much part of the same commuter-family demographic as the rest of the development.
