Beaulieu Park

Beaulieu Park is one of Chelmsford's major new-build developments on the north-east side, built on former farmland. It's almost entirely modern detached and semi-detached houses from the 2010s onwards. A new railway station (Beaulieu Park) has been in the works for years. There's a purpose-built primary school and a community centre but daily shopping still means driving to Springfield or into town. Families with young children are the core demographic. It feels very new and a bit soulless, but the houses are spacious and the parks they've put in are well kept.
