Patching Hall

Patching Hall is a quiet residential area between Broomfield and Springfield. Mostly 1960s and 70s housing, with some newer infill. There's a community centre but not much in the way of shops. It's the sort of area people end up in because the houses are a decent size for the money rather than because they specifically sought it out.
