Downside

Downside is the quiet bit south of Cobham, stretching towards the A3. It's largely residential with big plots and mature gardens, and not much else. No shops, no pub, no real centre. You go into Cobham for everything. Downside Bridge Road and the surrounding lanes are the kind of streets where houses sit behind hedges and gates. It shares a postcode and a feel with Stoke D'Abernon. If you want space and privacy close to Cobham without paying Oxshott prices, this is where you look.
