Burwood Park

Burwood Park is a private estate of large detached houses set behind gates on the southern edge of Weybridge. The houses are substantial, mostly mid-century and later, on big plots with mature gardens. It is one of those places where every other driveway has a Range Rover and possibly a tennis court out back. Very quiet, no shops, no through traffic. You drive to Weybridge or Walton for everything. Families who buy here want space, privacy, and good schools without the St George's Hill price tag.
