Cranleigh East

The eastern side of Cranleigh, closer to the high street and the arts centre. This is where more of the village's everyday life happens. You get a mix of older houses near the centre and some newer estates on the edges. Cranleigh School (private, co-ed) is a big local presence. The village has a leisure centre, a decent range of shops, and a weekly market. No train station though, so you're driving to Guildford or Godalming for the railway, which is the main trade-off.
